By creating a Hesabaty Business account, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and human. Read them once — they're shorter than your last grocery receipt.
1. Acceptance
By signing up for Hesabaty Business, you confirm you're at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@hesabaty.com.
3. Acceptable use
Use Hesabaty Business for legitimate business bookkeeping. Don't try to reverse-engineer the app, scrape our backend, abuse the AI assistant, share invite codes for resale, or use the service to facilitate illegal activity.
4. Disclaimer
Hesabaty Business is a bookkeeping tool, not a tax accountant or financial advisor. We provide the service "as is" without warranty of any kind. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your own tax and legal compliance.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hesabaty Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
